Belford Hernandez
An accomplished Director, arranger and composer for vocalists, choral groups and instrumentalists, Belford has also performed in piano recitals as a featured artist and chamber music player in Venezuela, Colombia, Jamaica, Ecuador, Canada and United States as well as Piano Collaborator for professional choirs and vocal ensembles. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Music Education from Adventist University of Colombia and Master in Choral Music Education from Vandercook College of Music in Chicago. Belford is currently Choral/Instrumental Director of Music at Montini College Preparatory School in Lombard, Ill, Hinsdale United Methodist Church and Choir/Handbell Director and Music Director of "Cantores" Community Choir in the Chicago West Suburbs.

Eric Engen
Eric Engen is the band and handbells director at Blue Mountain Academy. He has a long record of musical experience working with young people. He is one of the co-founders of the Toledo Handbell festival which recently celebrated twenty years of existence. Mr. Engen has tour nationally and internationally with his groups and has also produced recording albums with the "La Sonnette" Handbell Ensemble. He is also a mathematician, and private pilot.
