Itinerary:
Friday - Feb 9. 
5:45 - Loading van and mini bus at HVA
6:00 am - departure from HVA
8:30 am - Arrival to Wilmington Junior Academy
9:00 am - First school performance at WJA. 
10:00 am - departure to New Jersey.
12:30 am - Arrival, set-up and lunch at LNA. 
1:00 pm - Second school performance at Lake Nelson Adventist Academy. 
1:40m - heading to Jackson Heights SDA church for accommodation. 
3:00 pm - short Manhattan sight tour. 
7:00 pm - Vespers 

Sabbath - Feb 10 
9:30 head to JH SDA Church - Sabbath school
11:00 am - Church service hosted by HVA Music and JH Youth. Sermon by Paul Chureson
(HVA).
12:30 - Potluck
2:00 pm - departure to HVA. ETA 6:00 pm. ​

Packing List:

• Sleeping bag - very important.  Sleeping will be on carpet.
• Personal hygiene items for one day/night. 
• Music folder
• Music instrument
• 2 uniforms: 
  • School khaki pants, school polo (black), and school hoodie as shown in picture above. 
  • Church/Formal concert attire
• Extra cash - for metro/ ferry transport ($8) and snaking. Hoping to try a New York pizza (Minimal recommended $30)

Trip Rules:

• No traveling gender mixed as per school policy. Vehicles will be designated prior to departure and same designations will be kept throughout the trip. 
• Listening to music with headphones or earplugs will be allowed for the long trip (unless prior individual restrictions). Please remember the Sabbath hours to listen to proper Christian music.  
• No movie watching on Friday night. 
• 100 % Punctuality at all times. 
• No doordash order to hosting place.
• Curfew & Quiet time 10:00 pm.  No cellphones after 10:00 pm (Sponsors will collect cellphones)
• Shower schedule: Girls from 7:00 am to 8:00 am, Boys from 8:00 am to 9:00 am.
