Ringfest 2024

Itinerary:
Oct 30 - departure from HVA by 10:00 am.  (Students must attend the first class period in regular school uniform)
Oct 31 - Full day rehearsal
Nov 1 - Full day rehearsal and concert at 7:30.  Livestream at https://www.toledofirstadventist.org/live-stream
Nov 2 - Departure from Toledo at 7:00 am.  Stop at Evergreen SDA church in Youngstown, OH. Church participation and potluck.  2:30 pm continuation to HVA. ETA 8:00 pm

Packing list: 

• Personal worship books.
• Performance uniform.
• Personal items.
• Warm clothing.
• Swimming suit (pool maybe available).
• Text your name and number to Mr. Nino to 740-358 3178.  
• Submit reading acknowledgment of trip rules (see below).

Trip rules:

• Same student school handbook policies apply.
• No mixed seating during trip. 
• Punctuality at all times. (Loading times are early 7:30 am, and 7:00 am)
• Punctuality at curfew times.  Curfew times is 10:00 pm.  Meaning no student is allowed to be outside the rooms. Students outside the room after curfew times will get a behavioral writeup in renweb. 
• No Doordash or similar services requested to  the Hotel.  This is for safety and for compliance with schedules. 
• For any urgency or need, please contact Mr. Nino (boys), or Mrs. Dennison (Girls). For any permission which involved boys and girls, please contact Mr. Nino. 
• During worship & rehearsals:
  • No cellphone. 
  • No sleeping. 
• No Cellphone during church. 
• No purchases during Sabbath hours (except for necessary medicine or transportation fuel)
